Festivals are a common occurrence in Kochi. Several times a year the region will hold region-wide events that range from grand circuses and carnivals to triathlons and tournaments. Even the cities have their own events that happen every so often throughout the year. Don’t fret if you haven’t reached one of the hosting towns during your journey; all town events welcome everyone to come join in the fun.
TOWN FESTIVALS
Pot Luck! One item or 100KD must be dropped into the giant pot in order to receive a ticket. The grand prize is secret until the drawing but there might be someone with loose lips strolling around town. Each character that entered something will receive a prize.
Meet and Greet! Inhabitants of Kochi, both old and new, are welcome to congregate at the temple, practice their battle and coordinating techniques, or sign up for prompts (a random goal or action to achieve) in order to receive a random pokemon.
Fish Off! Everyone is encouraged to pick up a fishing rod and cast away! The strongest pokemon caught will grant the fisher a prize of KD and the option of keeping the hooked pokemon.

Derby Town; the spice capital! It is a town of decent size located right by the river.
Flaming Passion! Sign up to take part in this saucy blind date-and-dance! Sign ups are mandatory in order to be included and only those 16 years and older are allowed to participate. Matches are made on age and sexuality to ensure fun for all. There will be a vote at the end for the choosing King of Fire and Queen of Flames.
Fiery Feast! This nice dinner is provided for all event attendees and solely for interaction. Food for both pokemon and human consumption is available and dishes will vary in taste from spicy to sweet and even minty.
Raffle! Add your name to the box in hopes of winning a super-rare pokemon, KD, and item of choice! Only one winner will be chosen but everyone that participated will receive a complementary bag of three poffins (helps in contests), three pokeblocks of their choice (attracts uncommon and rare pokemon on routes), and three berries (stat-effecting or hp restoring).

Chesnut Village; come one and all! It is a large tourist town located at the foot of the mountains with a busy market square.

Wicklit Town; the mining capital! It is a quiet town built into the mountain.
[/ul][/ul]
Traping Village; come visit for non-stop entertainment and fun! It is camp-like in structure as the upkeep for houses in the middle of the desert is far too much to handle. They hold more festivals and contests than anywhere else.

Dryton City; the breeder's paradise! It is a small community of tree-hugging people. Not much trading happens here as their produce is grown in the giant greenhouse that also serves as an incubator for pokemon eggs.

Monmouth City; partying is beneficial to development! Bright and colorful, this city is known for offering benefits to trainer and coordinators on a daily basis. There's always a party going on.

Floatfleet Island; sun and sand is all we need! It is a nice surfing community with plenty of beach and sun for those summer vacations.
