LIFE STORY: Skylar was born to a pair of Pokémon Trainers in Golden Rod city in the Kanto Region across the street from Akadeanna, her twin sister Veronica, and her twin brother Servat. He was born an only child and still is, and he grew up around Pokémon and grew up knowing Akadeanna, Veronica, and Servat, when he was old enough his parents let him pick his first 2 Pokémon after he expressed an interest in becoming a breeder, he chose a pair of Squirtles and he went with Akadeanna, Veronica, and Servat to Professor Elm so they could choose their starter Pokémon, he wasn’t surprised when Veronica had chosen a Totodile while Akadeanna chose a Cyndaquil, knowing that Veronica like him was interested in water-type Pokémon while Akadeanna had always been interested in the fire-type Pokémon. He joined the girls as they began their journey and cheered them on as they fought their gym battles and even harder after they made it to the elite 4 after earning their 8 badges, he kept breeding and worked on different types of Pokémon for the needs of their Pokémon and his. 2 months after Skylar, Akadeanna, Servat, and Veronica turned 18; he and Akadeanna got married, i It was during their reception that they learned of the new region.
PLANS: Skylar hopes to be the best breeder in the Kochi region, hopes to excel at making new types of Pokémon food

- Kind- he is very kind and caring, it hurts him very much seeing people and Pokémon being hurt and tries to protect them
- Chatty- he loves to talk, enjoying especially talking to fellow breeders comparing notes
